Donation Policy

This policy explains what happens after you donate to Nand Care Foundation, including receipts, 80G certificates, and how we keep you informed. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Use of donations
Donations support the programme or campaign you select and related charitable work with communities in and around Dhanbad, Jharkhand. We direct support where it is needed most while working to deliver assistance responsibly and transparently.
Payments
Donations are processed securely by Razorpay. A donation is treated as complete only after the payment is verified by Razorpay and our systems.
Donation receipts
We send a receipt to the email address provided during checkout after the donation is confirmed. Please retain it for your records.
80G certificates
On campaigns marked as 80G eligible, you can request an 80G certificate during checkout. We require accurate PAN and postal address information to prepare it. Eligibility and any tax benefit remain subject to applicable law and your individual tax position.
Once your donation is confirmed, you can download the certificate from your donor dashboard after logging in.
Monthly donations
If you choose a monthly donation, the selected amount is charged every month through Razorpay until you cancel. You can cancel a monthly donation at any time from your donor dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; all donations, including past monthly payments, are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Programme updates
Where permitted, we may share updates about our programmes and the impact of your support. You can opt out of these updates at any time by contacting us.
